Thankful For Our Families

As we spend this week before Thanksgiving reflecting on what makes our community at JECC so great, we can’t miss an opportunity to think of our families. Whether they are donating car seats, helping prep materials, setting up fundraisers to help our program grow, or donating delicious food for our Thanksgiving feast, our families are always there to lend a helping hand. We are so grateful for the dedication our families show to their young ones, and the trust they put in us as we watch their children learn and grow. It is because of our wonderful families that we are able to host events like the harvest festival, birthday parties, and holiday parties at our center.

Today we had the pleasure of coming together as a group to share in our thankfulness for the children we all love. We can’t describe how lucky we feel to have a community of caregivers who are willing to take the time out of their busy days to sit down and have a meal as a community. We are especially thankful for the beautiful winter weather that made its way down to Centennial for our feast this afternoon. Watching the first snowfall of the season with families, children, and staff all together was an especially magical moment of our day.
